UPS Ordering Information
We ship nationwide via UPS.
All shipping orders must be placed by Midnight on Sunday and will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday.
The delivery areas and times for UPS are shown on the map above. The orange portions of Washington, Idaho and Oregon must choose 3 Day Select shipping for perishable shipments.
UPS Options for Shipping
• 9 Tubes and/or Patties
We only ship full boxes of 9 items to ensure the maximum efficiency of our custom designed cooler boxes.
Thawing During Shipping
Expect products to thaw some during shipping. Your package leaves us in the afternoon straight from a 0 degree freezer. The product is packed tight in our specially designed Cooler Boxes. Our Cooler Boxes do not require additional cooling media. We cannot guarantee product condition at arrival, however, please remember that thawing and refreezing is fine.
