• Pickup orders must be placed by Thursday the week before you wish to pickup (see below for Isanti and Special-Crystal deadlines).
• Pickup site details, including exact addresses for pickup locations, will be emailed to you after the order deadline each week.
• You can pick up your order anytime after it has been delivered, but orders must be picked up before the deadline (7pm or 8pm depending on your pickup location).
• Orders are kept as cold as possible with insulated blankets or cooler bags, but will not be refrigerated. Orders are only guaranteed if picked up within 30 mins of delivery. An email will be sent when orders are ready to be picked-up, though many customers choose to pick-up later.
• Pickups are self-serve, the orders will be sorted and labeled in the designated staging area. Delivery sites are hosted by fellow raw feeders, please be courteous of their generosity.
• All orders are subject to supplier availability, you will be contacted as soon as possible if a change has been made. Please note that changes may not be known until the time of delivery.
Canceling or Changing Your Order
If you need to cancel or change your order please send us an email at admin@rawdeliverymn.com at least 24 hours in advance of your pickup.
• For late orders you will select "Late Order" from the pickup locations on the home page and shop from the in stock options. There will be a $20 fee tagged onto your order.
In A Hurry? Pickup At Our Isanti Warehouse Monday, Friday Or Saturday Every Week!
• Isanti pickups are by appointment on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. Exceptions can be made for special needs/situations (ie: new pets, out of town customers, unavailable Mon/Fri/Sat, etc).
• Isanti customers need to make an appointment at checkout with your preferred pick-up date/time, or email admin@rawdeliverymn.com for alternative options.
• Typically orders can be made the same day as pickup with 2 hours lead time, but to ensure availability please order at least 24 hours.
• If you order at least 4 days in advance of your appointment you can choose from our expanded selection including bulk boxes such as Turkey Necks and Leg Quarters, otherwise you will only be able to order from the in-stock selection.
• At the Crystal location, there is limited selection available between delivery dates, by appointment only, with a $7 convenience fee.
• Make an appointment for any day of the week, at least 48 hours ahead of time, at checkout with your preferred pick-up date/time or email admin@rawdeliverymn.com for additional questions.
• Selections for special orders are typically Turkey Mix and/or Beef Mix only.
• Only the items and quantities shown on the Crystal Special Order Page are currently available.
