RawDelivery Policies

Pickup Policy

RawDelivery provides products for pets. There are risks associated with all pet food diets including a raw diet. RawDelivery is not responsible for your choice of food, feeding style or any issues that may arise. Our products are not intended for human consumption.


PURPOSE: To keep our prices affordable, we utilize volunteer site hosts. The site hosts provide convenient access to our products for fellow raw feeders. To continue to respect the hours of operation for our volunteer site hosts, the following policy has been put into place for all locations excluding Isanti.

 

POLICY: All customers are expected to pick up their orders by 7 or 8 pm whichever the site location indicates. THERE ARE NO LATE PICKUPS.

 

Any customer who arrives after the deadline, regardless of circumstances, will be charged a no-show fee. No exceptions.

 

Our pickup sites do not have refrigerated storage, product condition is not guaranteed unless picked up within 30 minutes of delivery. If you plan to pick up within the last hour, please let us know ahead of time.

 

If you will not be able to pick up your order, please contact us at 651-317-9360 ASAP. If you miss your pickup we will assist in making arrangements to pick it up at the earliest convenience of the site host.

 

If there has been no communication from you on pickup day and/or the order has not been picked up by the second day, it will result in forfeiture of order and NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Forfeited orders will be donated if possible.

 

If you are late to pick up your order, the fees will be as follows:

1st time: $20

2nd time: $40

3rd time: $40 and no more pickup site privileges. Future orders will have to be for Isanti or Shipping only.

 

This fee will automatically be applied to the payment method you used to pay. If that is not possible you will be contacted for payment and expected to pay within 3 days.

 

To help customers avoid no-show fees, we have the following notification protocol in place, these are a courtesy and not a guarantee. You are ultimately responsible for picking up on time and assuring we have the correct contact information for you:

1. RawDelivery sends out emails a few days before pickup informing our customers that they have an order to be picked up later that week. Please check your spam mail and add us to your safe list to avoid missing important emails 
2. RawDelivery sends out an email on pickup day when the orders are ready to be picked up.  
3. If it comes to the last hour of pickup, and we were not notified that a customer plans to pick up in the last hour, we assume that they may have missed the emails and/or texts. When possible we will try to reach out via email, text, phone call, and/or other means at least once before the deadline. 

Cancellations made after the ordering deadline, but more than 24 hours before the pickup date, will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

 

Late Cancellations, made within 24 hours of the pickup date, will be considered a no-show and consequences will be applied as such.


Late orders will be accepted on a case by case basis, there is no guarantee your order will arrive on time.

Isanti Policy

Policy: Applies to pickups and consultations at our Isanti location.


This is not a store. An appointment must be made before arriving to pick up an order, or for a consultation. Appointments should be made at the time of purchase using the scheduler provided on the checkout page. Please indicate in the notes section if you require assistance.

Pickup appointments will be staged in a cooler for self-serve curb-side pickup.

"Special Crystal" Policy

Policy: Applies to "Special" pickups at our Crystal location. 


This is a special option added for convenience and/or last-minute pickups. This option is for orders made between our regularly scheduled bi-weekly Crystal orders. There is an additional convenience fee for “Special Crystal” orders. 


This is not a store. An appointment must be made before arriving to pick up an order, or for a consultation. Appointments should be made at the time of purchase using the scheduler provided on the checkout page. Please indicate in the notes section if you require assistance.


Pickup appointments will be staged in a cooler for self-serve pickup.


Cancellations, made within 24 hours of the pickup time will incur a restocking fee equal to the convenience fee. 

Shipping Policy

Policy: Our products are shipped in our custom made insulated coolers, there will be minimal airspace and thawing. We ship our products frozen however they may arrive partially thawed or at refrigerator temperature. These partially thawed products are still safe for your pets consumption and can be refrozen without affecting quality.


Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and applicable information. Please provide any notes to be passed on to the shipping company such as where to leave the package.


We are not responsible for the product once it has left our property. 


If you alter the delivery in such a way that charges are accrued, your payment method will be charged for those amounts. This may include but is not limited to changing an incorrect shipping address or rerouting the package.


If a shipment qualifies for a refund by the shipping company (ie. UPS or Speedee) we will pass that refund on to you. There are no refunds or considerations offered by RawDelivery.

- Orders shipped via Speedee Delivery will go out Monday or Tuesday only 
- Orders shipped via UPS will go out Monday only

Orders must comply with our shipping options, these options can be found on the Shipping Page.


Orders that do not comply will either be reduced to the next smaller option or your order will be put on hold while we contact you. This may delay the shipment and arrival of your order. If we are unable to make contact with you your order will be cancelled and your account credited for a future purchase.

 

Refund/Return Policy

We do not accept exchanges/returns because we cannot resell items that have left the premises. However, we do have a facebook group that we'd recommend selling the items on to recoup most of your money back. It will be easy to find someone local that you know is feeding the same brand. Log Files
RawDelivery follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

 

Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, RawDelivery uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

RawDelivery does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
