    Chicken backs

    These backs are a bit beat up and abused looking, but does that really matter? I love that they are still stuffed full of both liver and tiny kidneys--but if you are just starting raw, you may not want organs yet.

    All frozen together, can't separate them unless you thaw the whole 40 lbs. Cutting in half would be helpful.

    Quite disappointed..

    A lot of water with... Totally impossible to brake... Needed half say and hammer.. Will not buy that again
